The number of dot painting pens in a Paint By Dots kit depends on the canvas size, from one pen for the smallest canvases up to eight for the largest, and each pen has two tips: a fine tip for small dots and a broader tip for larger dots.

Is this a finished print or a kit I complete myself?

It is a kit you complete by hand. We prepare a canvas with printed dot circles; you fill each one with the included dot pen to reveal your image.

Will you check my photo before making the kit?

Yes. Every photo is reviewed by a person before production. If anything could affect the result, we contact you before making your kit.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear subject in natural light, close enough to see important details. Avoid images that are dark, blurry, very far away or that contain many small faces.

What happens if my photo is not suitable?

We will contact you and ask for another photo before production begins. Your kit is never made from an image that will not work beautifully.

Which size should I choose?

Can I use a photo of a pet?

Yes. Pets make wonderful pieces. A clear, well-lit photo where the animal is close to the camera works best.
