1. Customer support

2. Order and delivery questions
If you contact us about delivery or tracking, please include:
- order number,
- name on the order,
- delivery address,
- tracking number, if you have received one,
- a short description of the issue.
We help with tracking, delivery updates and communication with the shipping carrier if a delivery issue occurs.
3. Returns, cancellations and complaints
If you want to return an item, cancel an eligible purchase or make a complaint about a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before sending anything back.

Important: do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from us.
Returns are handled through our European logistics network. Depending on your country and the item ordered, the return address may be in another European country than the market you ordered from.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please send us:

- photos of the item,
- photos of the packaging,
- a short explanation of the issue.
We will review the issue and help with an appropriate solution, for example a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund, depending on the situation.
5. Personalised dot paintings and uploaded photos
If your message is about a personalised dot painting made from your own photo, please include your order number and, where relevant, the image your question relates to.
We use uploaded photos only to process your order, prepare your dot painting, provide customer support and resolve any quality issues. We do not use customer photos in marketing without separate permission.
